Laser Cutting FAQ

01.Does laser cutting cause yellow/burnt edges?

→ PC over 3mm may have slight “toasted” edges. For crystal-clear results, use CNC + polishing.

02.Ideal thickness for laser cutting PC?

→ Best between 0.125mm–6mm; ideal for thin films where mechanical cutting shifts material.

03.Do you remove the protective film before cutting?

→ No. We cut through the PE film to avoid scratches and smoke residue. Peel only after assembly.

04.Typical tolerance for laser-cut PC parts?

→ Positioning accuracy ±0.1mm. Verticality may vary slightly on materials over 5mm.

05.Can I get a prototype before bulk order?

→ Yes, laser-cut prototypes available for validation before mass production.
